Haven't been to a Ponderosa in years because there isn't one nearby to where I live. Had a great meal at your fine restaurant and have been telling people around here how good it was. Keep it up! Your hard work makes that a place Jacksonville can be proud of.
Sending a Big "Shout Out" to all the staff at Ponderosa in Jacksonville. Our Thanksgiving meal was delicious ! There was so much food to choose from ; turkey, ham and all the trimmings, it was all so good ! You are all really nice I'm Thankful for you today. I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A HAPPY THANKSGIVING !
Totally awful. Hadn't been for awhile, now I remember why. Had to ask for rolls, as only 4 on display (which were hard) chicken wings and pork chops looked all dried and burnt up. Most warm food items looked like they had been out for hours. Dirty plate holders which they also ran out of. Basically spent almost 40.00 for nothing for to eat. When husband got his steak was not way he ordered and my baked potato was not done. Will not return! Won't make that mistake again. So much for second chances!
I don't know much about advertising, but in your top 10 reasons to eat here number 5 is "pest free environment" wtf?? Might wanna re-think that one
They have great steak Great Buffet their food is awesome and they have nice waitresses
My sister, daughter and I ate there last night ... and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had there. The food was luke warm at best.. Many items on the buffet had been there long enough to be dried out completely. I was sick that we wasted our money... normally we eat there every single time when in Jacksonville, but not any more. Last night was it.
