Made two calls and was supposed to get a call back from "Mo". Never returned the calls. I will go elsewhere.
We came home in mid-May from a 10 day trip to discover our furnace boiler had died. Since the outside temps were somewhat mild, I didn’t get a warning message on my phone about the interior house temp being dangerously low. It was a Friday afternoon and I wasn’t sure if I could even reach an HVAC contractor to check it out and help us solve the problem before the house started getting colder. Ponderosa Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our furnace and central AC units. They did a great job from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They were spot on in their estimate for the job and there were no surprises.
Chris Soon Fah came out to our house for the AC check up before the warm weather season. He cleaned and inspected the AC unit and performed annual maintenance. He was thorough, professional, and efficient. We recommend him and Ponderosa highly!!
