Great service! They showed up the very next day. Alex their Technician was early, professional and did a great job! Highly recommend to anyone.
Everyone was communicative and responsive. They were about a week out for a full heat pump and furnace system check. Alex did the work and was friendly, answered my questions, and easy to work with. I will definitely use Ponderosa in the future.
If you need maintenance on or replacement of your home heating boiler, look no further. Laramie was a pro and did a great job. He was on time, responsive, and trustworthy. Highly recommend Ponderosa for boiler install and a mechanical room replumb. Additionally, I appreciate the 3 year labor warranty in addition to 10 year parts warranty.
