Good day. I had a 20 year old furnace that was starting to fail. Two other units in my condo had used Ponderosa and they were quite pleased, so I contacted Ponderosa. A man came out to give me an estimate, it was in line with the previous two installs, so I agreed with Ponderosa. The install was timely, well done, with good guys. I highly recommend them. It was below zero outside and I quickly needed to do something because the house was losing heat because the furnace was not working.. I got the phone number of Ponderosa, and was able to schedule an appointment for that afternoon. Chris arrived and within an hour, the furnace working and the house was beginning to get warm. Moe and Ben are extremely knowledgeable and great to work with! They got my fireplace repaired and the furnace cleaned and inspected. They were very helpful in explaining my systems, potential future issues, and what to watch out for. Great communication throughout and a 5-star experience. They are clearly setup for working in the mountains and all that brings along with it. If they can’t get to your house in a blizzard, likely no one can.
