Our hot water went out, and Chuck did a fantastic job getting us back up and running. We had struggled mightily to get people up to our house to evaluate and fix the problem prior to calling Ponderosa. They will be our first call from now on.
All services were completed to our satisfaction. Spencer did a great job with our fireplace in spite of the obstacles. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and went out of his way to complete the task.
The furnace went out at our cabin, and we were without heat. I called Ponderosa and they sent a technician out the same morning! Michael was very personable and thorough, and diagnosed and repaired the issue that day. I was very pleased, and would recommend Ponderosa!!
Cannot recommend Ponderosa heating enough! We had the pleasure of having our boiler give out in the midst of winter. Moe very quickly came to assess the problem. By the next day, Eric, Anthony, and Alex were at our house installing the new, far more efficient boiler. And, by the day after that it was fully installed and good to go. Along with that, everyone at Ponderosa was incredibly professional, kind, and timely. We look forward to continuing to work with Ponderosa.
I've been using Ponderosa Heating and Air for over ten years when it was still owned by Todd. The new owner Moe and his team have continued the great service that Todd established. Our furnace went out and Moe and his team were very clear regarding solutions and worked to get the new install completed quickly in the cold weather. Always appreciate their honest and straightforward approach.
