Called and talked to Daniel and had it in the shop the same day . I needed a service for sealed transmission. He recommended a new gasket and filter . Car never had a transmission serviced and I’m glad he recommended it . The car is more responsive and is fun to drive . I’m happy with the service from Daniel at Ponce’s Transmission.
very good and professional customer service
I took my 2005 dodge ram 1500 3.7 to this shop in July 2025. Payed $1200 to fix my shift solenoid's took 2 weeks to get it back. Drove it to work for about 2 weeks having same problems took it back to this shop one month passed two months pass. I keep calling wondering why it's taking so long to fix my truck. The guy told me to buy a computer for my truck didn't fix problems so I went to get it towed back to my house took it to Santiago car electric shop. Thus shop told me my shift solenoid's are bad.
