I'm not a fan of them honestly everyone who work there seem like they rather be somewhere else. They're not good at communicating or making you feel like having hope. They make you go through all type hoops to reschedule an appointment. It's an environment of its not my job so I'm not helping that person basically. Different workers would see you lost and would just stare at you and walk off. I told my social worker if she can help me with the snap program along with others she told me do it myself. I am beyond grateful to Grady. Their staff is so compassionate and kind. I have never had a diagnosis and made it out with the medication the same day, ever. This is the second branch i have visited and I have no complaints whatsoever. Keep up the great work!!!
