Ponce provided excellent services from start to finish. Bernie was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I appreciated his straight forward approach and communication. He showed up on time, did a great job, and followed up for feedback in terms of satisfaction. They performed carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning at a reasonable price. I’m a very happy and satisfied customer and plan on scheduling Tile cleaning next.
I never do reviews but had to for this business. They did such an amazing job! I have small children and animals therefore our carpets and couch get dirty. I’ve had the carpets professionally cleaned in the past but was never impressed. But today I couldn’t believe how great the carpets looked! I was even thinking about buying a new couch but not now that it looks brand new. They did a really good job and I’ll definitely be using and recommending them in the future-
