1st we made an appointment online, received a confirmation, but the store didn't get the appointment. We waited an additional day to get in. They called and explained to my wife that one tire was bad, which we knew and the rest were weather checked and told her we needed a new set of tires. The tires on the truck were no more than a year and a half old. That's when she brought the phone to me.
