They're good. But the walls are paper thin, so you hear really loud noise at night. Had to get ear plugs for sure.
This was a terrible place to rent. They didn't ever follow up on issues and they also took our entire deposit when we left the place in better condition that when we first rented it. Also when I had issues that the manager wasn't helping with I tried to take it to the owner, he never responded and just forwarded all my emails back to the manager, some of which I was complaining about the managers ineptitude, which TOTALLY made the situation so much better (/s). DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! It takes them MONTHS (3+) to get anything fixed, We went 3 months with no working dryer and washer. Took the knob from the washer to put on the dryer to “fix it” then never came back to replace the knob he switched off the washer!!! The apartment had wet paint when we moved in, nothing was cleaned, smells old like cigarette smoke. The parking is terrible, one spot per unit and no visitor parking.
