FANTASTIC experience! Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, gorgeous modern facility with warm, customer service. I learned more about my eyes in that one appointment than all other eye exams combined. The optometrist I saw at Pomerado Scripps optometrist was absolutely excellent. Dr. Odish was so thorough, caring, detailed, and she explained things to me really clearly. I think I will continue going back here from now on.
Customer service was really good. Each time I stepped into the store, Im greeted with smilely and happy staff. The optometrist was good too. She explained every step of the way and was very professional. I would definitely be back !
Dr. Odish and her staff are amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Their office is very clean and they also seem to have the newest/most updated equipment. They are also up front about costs which I have found previous eye doctors not to be.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Had my eye test done here and it was all very thorough. Then asked them if they could just replace the lenses in my existing frames to keep it all a bit cheaper and they said 'no problem'. They ordered the lenses and told me when they were ready so I could drop off the frames, then managed to get them all fixed quicker than I thought. Really great service.
This seems like a small, independently run franchise. The optometrist, Dr. Odish, was very thorough, pleasant and very professional . Really high-quality, fashionable frames. It's getting harder and harder to find frames that aren't made in China these days, and the quality of European workmanship is really superior. All around nice people to do business with.
