Kid-friendly professional staff
It was great experience and my kid love it there. My kid does not even like to brush at home but cooperated well there at office. All staffs, doctor were kind and interacted with kid well.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Our three-year-old had a great time and walked away with a balloon, toy, water bottle, and a new toothbrush! We are looking forward to bringing him back.
My son had a new tooth erupting from the back of his gums while his old tooth decided to stay and won't come off. We were able to book a same day appointment. My son got his teeth cleaned and when Dr Im came everything went by really quickly. We didn't use laughing gas but Dr Im was able to control him and made him not so nervous. It was only matter of minutes to get numbed and pulling the tooth out. We love Dr Im!
Friendly staff, not too busy. The kids names are always on the welcome sign, such a cute detail. My child is very difficult, and the staff and Dr. Im never make me feel bad about it. We always get a balloon, and the kids love the play car in the waiting room.
