I visited this office with my two kids and my kids love this place! They have the great staff and we love Dr. Ellen!
We had my sons second cleaning and just as amazing as the first appointment. The staff are kind, helpful and gentle with our Little One. Mai was the staff who cleaned our sons teeth And she was fast and informative. Loved her! Dr. Ellen is also very sweet. I dont have enough good things to say. We will take our second child here as well. Never imagined the dentist could be so enjoyable. I have referred multiple people to Dr. Ellen and both have raved about the service.
We love Dr Ellen and all of her staff. We are so happy we found them. Our 2 year old son comes here. And we will be bringing our newborn son here eventually too. Everyone is so nice. Customer service is the best. Dr Ellen is great with our son.
I brought my son in to get a second opinion on some dental work he needs done and my husband and I were blown away at how amazing this office was. Just walking in we were greeted by Mandy (forgive me if I got names wrong, lol) and once we went back the tech helping us was so gentle and friendly with my son. Our son is autistic and has had some bad experiences prior to Dr. Im. The entire staff is fantastic. They've accommodated scheduling so we're there during "lighter" hours and our son is much more at ease. We now live in Eastlake and still make the drive. They are amazing!
We love Dr. Ellen and her wonderful team. My girls always look forward to their appointment, never scared. They make the environment safe, inviting and comfortable for everyone. My girls alway love their "treat" at the end of the visit as well. So thankful to have found a wonderful dentist to keep my girls teeth healthy!
Took my daughter here for her first dental exam. I was nervous to take her because I have a fear of the dentist. But she did amazing! The staff here is great. Every single person was kind and caring. They all went above any expectation I had. They anticipated our needs. The office is clean and fresh. There are tons of toys and cool things for the kids. They have toys for all ages. Great place! I'm super impressed. Will probably always take my kids here!!!
