So pleased with my flower arrangement for Mother's Day! Every time I've gone to Pomelo I was very impressed with the beauty of their bouquets and warm customer service. The florist here is very talented and does great work! 10/10 recommend

Outside of Caitlin’s plants dying quickly/ looking as if they may be infected and her floral arrangements lasting a max of 2 days— Caitlin has a very nasty spirit and doesn’t seem to care to service the people in the Germantown area. I’ve stopped buying plants from Pomelo for years thinking maybe it was just me doing something wrong but I recently bought a plant and after 4 weeks this is how it ended up. For what I consider a STEAL vs other florists in the area, the arrangement I received is nothing less than breathtaking. A new staple florist for me. Biggest thanks.
