I ordered a bouquet online, specified the time I needed it, and stopped by the next day to pick it up. I actually tried to pay for it again, but was reminded that I'd already paid for it online. I literally only had to grab it and go, and it was beautiful. This will be my go-to spot for flowers.

Ordered flowers on Friday morning from their online store to be delivered on Monday, Memorial Day. No where did it indicate they weren’t open that day. When I didn’t hear anything from the recipients, I called on Tuesday only to be told they not only didn’t see my order until I called them, but they weren’t open and thus my flowers didn’t make it in time for the event I wanted them to be there for. Pretty frustrating experience

I have been going to Pomelo since they opened and I can’t say enough good things about Kaitlin, her shop, and her presence in the community. So much so, that we chose to utilize her artistry for our wedding and oh my gosh- it was perfect. Her arrangements were gorgeous and she pulled it all off BETTER than I could ever imagine. I am incredibly grateful to Kaitlin and Pomelo and I cannot recommend her enough for arrangements as gifts, flowers at home, or events. Thank you so much!!!

I walked in this morning looking for a bouquet for my anniversary. The woman working the counter asked me what my budget was and what colors i wanted. I told her $40 and peach/yellow/orange, and 5 minutes later she finished putting this piece together. It looks SO amazing. The flowers were quick, beautiful, and affordable. Awesome florist, highly recommend!

I found Pomelo while looking for florists in the Germantown neighborhood. I chose a flower arrangement from their website and called to discuss. The woman I spoke with was helpful and kind. The flowers were delivered same day and they were absolutely exquisite! Thanks for making a special day even brighter! The photos do not depict how incredible the flowers are!
