Update**** Was sent a replacement and another replacement for one I that I screwed up my self.thanks! Well where do I start..safety detent hole wasn't machined right(detent got stuck inside hole).. Buffer tube retainer hole also machined wrong( pin gets stuck inside won't spring back up) and last buffer tube will not thread on( came off one of my other ar's). Sent a email.still waiting on a response. I purchased 3

I would especially like to thank David B. for the awesome customer service I received.I made a huge mistake while milling my rear rails at no fault of polymer 80 and he was kind enough to replace my lower. I recommend anybody sitting on the bench contemplating purchasing one of these go ahead and jump on it. So, I'm giving these guys five stars, for customer service. I have yet to receive my order that was placed one week ago, but it was not the error of polymer80, but the postal system. The customer service has been working with me this week to fix the problem, and I spoke with Eric today, and he said the order will be replaced.
