Fantastic Customer Service. I had a few hiccups with my build(Spectre 940 Full size) and Polymer80 came through 100% to remedy the situation. An American company who supports the 2nd Amendment, and stands strongly behind their products, couldn't ask for more. Update: Just finished the 940V2 .Get the V2 it's a superior platform in every regard and a fine weapon. I just received my PF940v1.5 from one of Polymer80's distributors. Haven't started the build, but already I'm happy. The integrated magwell, the extended beavertail, the color options, the price (69.99 plus shipping, so just under 80), on top of the advantages already associated with all 80%'s, this frame is BETTER than a factory Glock frame. First time purchase. Took me 20 minutes. Used a vice and utility knife. Just have to use some fine sand paper to blend it. Feels better than my actual glock 19
