I somehow managed to break the locking block for the glock lower I ordered. Emailed the company and within a few hours they responded and are sending me a new one, no questions asked. I'll definitely be doing business with these folks again for future builds
Absolutely great customer service ! Most recently did a 19 on the textured compact frame and the product quality is second to none. There's just no frames like this out there. It would cost hundreds on frame service /shaving/stippling to get what P80 offers out of the box. I have no gunsmith skills and my compact build was incredibly easy to build and cycled flawlessly from the first round. I have the PF940C and it is so easy a smart monkey could do it! No "tweaking" or break in was nessesary, ran great right off the bat.
I love this new frame I actually prefer it over normal G19 frame. The grip, texture, cuts and feel is outstanding. Keep up the good work, any plans on adapting the 17 frames with the same style?
Polymer80 makes a grade A product. The Pf940c is a well thought out, beautifully crafted start to the gun of your dreams. It's now my every day carry and I can't think of a single reason why someone shouldn't buy one.

Great customer service. I had an early Glock 17 kit with the loose ejector issue and they replaced it. They were very responsive with their communication and real quick with the turnaround time. It's good to see that they make engineering changes as needed.
