Extremely slow service even with an appointment
Very unprofessional experience. The clinic never called to inform me that my appointment was canceled. I showed up and waited, only to find out it had been canceled without notice. On top of that, the wait times are extremely long. Poor communication and management.
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! Very unprofessional the "Doctors" are a complete joke they have no bedside manner they're not sympathetic and truly should not be in the line of work they're in, the staff and nurses are racist, they don't call back the patients in the order they're supposed to, people who have appointments after me get called back while i wait another 2 hours the wait times are outrageous just for a simple visit you're going to be waiting 4-5 hours they call you to the back to do vitals and stick you in the 2nd wait... read more
Dr Benavides te escucha y siempre se preocupa por tu salud la espera es larga pero vale la pena yo me moví de indiana y es el mejor Doctor que e encontrado en premier clinic fui 2 veces y tienen un terrible servicio no te ponen atención y no te dan la medicina que necesitas en cambio el Doctor Benavides se preocupa por tu salud
