He put 3 stitches in each eye during eyelid surgery and failed to remove one in each eye in follow up visits. This caused scratching, pain and redness. When I returned to complain of the scratchiness and pain, I was advised it was usual, just part of the healing process. When I finally went to my regular ophthalmologist he saw and removed the stitches this guy hadn't!
