The staff here are great! They care for all three of our dogs and have worked with us on multiple occasions regarding scheduling and cost. Couldn't be happier!
We have taken our animals here for many years and Polo Springs staff have always provided excellent care. Recently our dog Harley needed emergency surgery for an obstruction and they took such wonderful care of him. He loves his Polo Springs crew!
Our dog Ro got in to some ibuprofen which caused her to go in to kidney failure. The team at Polo Springs treated her quickly and aggressively and ended up saving our sweet girls life! We could not thank them enough! The entire staff is calming, loving, and extremely professional. We will only use them from now on!
We had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our fur baby yesterday. The staff and Dr Meadows were absolutely wonderful. The care and compassion they demonstrated made the situation much more bearable. We will definitely continue to use Polo Springs for our veterinary needs.
