Clean apartments/grounds, professional staff, great location; What more could you ask for?! My husband and I lived here for about 6 months before we moved out of town and we loved it! Shelly is so friendly and easy to work with! The ground are well kept up and they are also improving buildings/apartments. I moved here 3 weeks back.its great place to live with family. Office staff is very friendly and supportive.Apartment is very clean and beautiful and safe place for kids and family. Walmart,Cosco and all major shopping area is very near. Very good maintaince process. Over all it is the best in West Des Moines as per my experience
Polo Club Apts is a great place to live. The management & maintenance staff are friendly & helpful. The property is clean and well maintained. The neighbors are friendly. I give Polo Club 5 Stars and definitely have recommended this place to others and will continue to do so.
Feel like HOME. I am happy that I am staying at Polo Club Apartment. I love this place. The office staff is friendly and very easy to work with. Maintenance issues get handled promptly and professionally. The neighborhood itself is fantastic and for the price, you really can't beat it for the area. Each house has laundry. They encourage and celebrate all festivals which also helps to meet people and enjoy.
Polo club is awesome! My family and I have lived here for 7 months now and have been very satisfied with it so far! Shelly at the front desk is super inviting and helpful with everything! She has been so great! With all the tenants, she even manages to remember my daughters birthday! The properties are lovely, very clean and good quality. Its a great place to live..we lived here for about 2 and a half years and the best about this place is great neighborhood and a lively environment.They will provide the best service every time and i will definitely recommend anyone to choose this place .
