Polo club has been by far the best apartment complex I have lived in, since living in West Des Moines. The staff is extremely kind and prompt to reply to questions, emails, etc. They are dog friendly and have an amazing dog park that is fun to interact with the other dogs and dog owners on a daily basis. I would defiantly recommend moving to the Polo Club if you are looking for a quiet complex, safe environment, great location and top notch facility care. 5 stars!
RecommendedPolo Club is a great place to stay and leasing officers are so friendly, especially Shelly,Trista, Debbie and Gilbert , They are very friendly and help us with expedition of our maintenance or any other requestsand also community and many cool stuff go in the community every now and then. Also the cool part unlike the other apartments is , every now and then they have nice events and prizes for their residents to express their gratitude and how much they really mean their residents, I personally would rate 10 out of 10

Hopefully posting reviews about my experience will get some real help . The tenants above me constantly jump/run/bounce all day.I have complained to the women in the office and I have emailed but it was never answered. At this point, I am tired of paying for a place that I do not get to quietly enjoy. I do not recommend Polo Club to anyone who wants quiet enjoyment of their apartment. They do not make your peace a priority.
They make th apartments into a community i live in 68b and have been for 9 years. I love being able to use the pool every summer and their gym. They are very pet friendly.
The Polo Club is awful! Do not live here! I was working with one of the management at the property, her name is Shelly. She knew my situation and suggested my best option would be to move out and cut my lease short. She also informed me that it was an option without any fees or penalties as I inquired with her many times about this. They are now trying to charge over $3,000 for me moving out early, even though it was brought to my attention by a staff member that this was an option. My fiancée and I moved to Polo Club from another complex in the area in July for both of us to be closer to our jobs. We have been very impressed with our experience so far. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the units are clean and updated, and you can’t beat the location. If you’re looking to move, check it out!
We picked Polo Club Apts just based on reviews and we have not been disappointed. Moving from out of town we didnt have a chance to visit. This has been the best location for us being close to work shopping school and many things to do as a family. One of the best experiences has been how quick Maintenance responds to request. We love Polo Club and would recommend this complex to everyone.
