Lia has been one of the best at customer experience. She is extremely attentive and thoughtful. I had a great progress with a piece that is made to order, it takes a while but the during the wait with Lia's check-ins I was 100% confident the whole time. I also made some last min appts that were not available online, Lia made it works for me to have me came into the showroom at my best availably to look into few other pieces. Polly and her family are so cool, artistic and gracious! They kept the store open an extra half an hour for me to peruse the beautiful jewelry and ask design questions. Street parking was fairly easy. Knock to enter.
