I love Pollack Jewelers - the girls on the floor are great - so helpful! However today I had first not so great experience. They were busy and I was paying for the first of my two purchases. The girl was starting my next transaction when she was interrupted by "Clay" the manager to check out a gentleman who just walked up to the counter. I had to wait between my transactions which isn't that big of a deal but rude just the same! We all need to wait our turn! If there was an extenuating circumstsnce then explain.
