The band here on the left was supposed to be sized yet I wind up with a very thin band they swear they didn’t change they’re resolution to fixing it is if you don’t like it we can refund you uh n you’re a jewelry store with a jeweler you can fix it. The healers response was that I was crazy and he didn’t change the band very poor customer service experience I’ll never go back it doesn’t take a blind man to see the difference and my 9 year old noticed it immediately but they say that am wrong wow

Today I stopped in and asked if a piece of jewelry could be fixed. It was not purchased there or “real” jewelry. But it held more sentimental value than I can explain. It was a necklace of my grandmothers who passed and my son wanted it fixed for Christmas. The gentleman did it for free and said, “Merry Christmas”. I was shocked by his kindness and became emotional. They have won over my heart and my future business. Thank you so much.
