My favorite plate at Pollo Salsa are the flautas. I love that they are so crispy and the chicken has lots of flavor. They make them when I order them and all the food has lots of flavor. I live in Sunnyvale TX and drive all the way to Carrollton just to have my flautas 🤤😋. I’m from Carrollton/ Farmer Branch and my dad used to take us when I was in high school. Now I take my kids 😁👍🏼

Been eating at the Grand Prairie Location for years, was in. Carrollton and tried this location. In Grand Prairie the flour tortillas are prepared on the grill to order. At this location they take a little more lazy approach. They cook several at one time and roll them in foil. They sit their to long and turn hard and rubbery. Just letting you know that Grand Prairie uses a more fresh approach and I immediately could tell the difference in the texture and freshness.
