I have visited all pollo palenque and my favorite for fast service,cleanliness,and great tasting chicken is the one on mcpherson next to la carreta.l visited the zapata hwy and is the worst.they are always empty and they take too long to get the order.l have experience bloody chicken breast.just today we went because it's clos to where l live and they had no straws the rack of straws and lids was almost empty.we asked for th peach tea which was empty.and the man on the front didnt listen and ignored my husband.we ended drink... read more

Food is good, but what is manager has no idea of the business he's running, besides that I had to repeat to him my order more than 4times, he still didn't manage to provide my exact order. Was missing chicken pieces, my beans tasted like burn, my tortillas were crunchy and cold, and service from a manager was poor! So upset that not even the manager can handle the restaurant!
