I came to the doctor with years of problems. He explained everything to me from the procedure to the time to what to expect. The staff is kind, friendly and on top of their game when it comes to scheduling. The office hours are very accommodating. Will now only trust Dr. Poller and his staff if I have any back issues.
I have been a patient of Dr Poller for 38 years. I had terrible back pain when I started seeing him. He corrected the problem and I continue seeing him every few weeks for maintenance and he keeps me pain free. I have moved to different areas, but I will not switch to another Chiropractor....I continue to travel to him no matter where I am residing.
I’ve been a chiropractic patient for 30+ years (progressive degenerative disk disease). Moving around for employment reasons, I have been a patient of ~ 5 different primary chiropractors, and touched by ~ 6-7 more (substitutes, etc.). Dr. Poller’s thoughtfulness, compassion and effectiveness is second to none. His staff has been consistently professional, helpful and warmly welcoming throughout the years.
I’m a patient of Dr Poller. When I first went to him I was in pain. He helped me tremendously. The scheduling person is excellent, and the staff is professional and friendly. I recommend this practice highly. I’m very grateful to Dr Poller, God bless him!
I've visited him over 15 times in the past couple of months. It was a spasm in my lower back and he helped me relieve much if the pain in the first few sessions. However, he keeps insisting on the same adjustments and is very adamant on seeing you 3-4 times a week and will not budge and so will his staff.even when you know you're better off with just one adjustment a week. The session is barely 10-12 minutes and he charges $75. After 5 weeks, he named my diagnosis as medical device.save yourself

I am glad that Lee P was" relieved of much of his pain " and his concern regarding "same adjustments and is very adamant on seeing you 3-4 times a week" is accurate when dealing with a biomechanical problem. We can get most patients out of pain very quickly BUT keeping the pain away requires actually CORRECTING the problem. This requires commitment on the patient's part . Otherwise a relapse occurs and patients frequently turn to opioids and other addictive drugs. With disc problems,6-8 weeks!
Rip off guy: no service, only money!!! Worst experience ever!

I wish I had more details to respond to this review. However 1 star for scheduling, Really We are VERY flexible in our scheduling, 1star for office environment It's a NEW office. Staff friendliness 1 star. Our staff has been with us from between 5 and 24 years. We constantly receive gifts and thank you cards from patients every week!If this patient would like to call me I would love to respond and correct. I have a feeling this was more about money than any other category.
Excellent and professional. Thoroughly educates his patients on his care plan. Highly recommend Dr. Poller :-) Cares about his patients..
