Thorough visit.
I called for a last-minute appointment because I was having back pain. Dr. Pollard and his staff were able to accommodate me in a timely manner and attention was given to my needs.
He was patience with me and his advice was good . He is helpful when telling me about what I need to help me take care of myself

Super nice, reminds me of Carlton from Fresh Prince. Very knowledgeable and always professional with a personal small-town approach. I’ve been a patient of his for many years and trust his judgement and care. He’s very understanding and easy to talk to. Great guy!

Every visit I wait like at least 30 minutes then I go in the back room. I’m there for over an hour the last visit. I was there for two hours and I had to leave for another appointment. It is ridiculous and I asked the staff about it and they say they purposely double book him in case someone doesn’t show up that is ridiculous.
I have been a pt of Dr Pollards for many years. I love seeing him and he is always great . This week I called at least twice a day for 4 days trying to be seen for a swollen and painful knee. I had to go to prompt care bc no one from the office ever called to make an appt. i finally get a call on Thursday, 3 days after my initial call and after calling several times daily.
