Very polite easy to talk to.
I like Dr. Pollard. but I waited an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time and then left the examination room and walked out. No one checked on me to say he was running late, how much longer it might be, if I was OK. I can get appointment confirmation and reminders without fail, but nothing to say we’re behind schedule come at another time.
Enjoy talking with him. He’s caring and understanding.
The staff is always professional. Office always clean.
Dr. Pollard has been our family physician for over 20 years. He is such a kind and caring doctor with the best personality. Our community is blessed to have him!
