Dr. Pollard was his normal thorough and professional self, answered all my questions and provided the prescription refills I needed.
Had a cardiac profile as a piece time measure done today. The young lady who did it was so professional in explaining, performing the entire procedure. Dr. Pollard was professional, reviewed info, addressed concerns.
Professionalism, courtesy, pleasantry and informative.
Dr. Pollard is a top of the line doctor. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to talk to you and ask about it your life. They don't make doctors like him anymore.
As always the staff, and Dr Pollard are awesome, friendly, care about you and listen to your concerns. They do not rush you and take their time.

Dr. Pollard is professional, thorough and personable. That's a great combination. Definitely a 5-star provider.
Even though there was significant wait time (often the case with Dr. P), he gave me plenty of time and listened to my questions and addressed the issues I was there for. I am a doctor myself, and see him as a caring and good doctor.
