They shut the auto pay off on purpose to everyone so right when your almost done paying your bill off, it starts all the way over again. They call you Everytime you miss a payment by a day or 2 now after that happen they call you, but when they shut the auto pay off on purpose and let months go by they don't say a word. It happens to everyone. DO NOT SET UP AUTO PAY !! We all need to start a class action lawsuit on this company for scamming all of us. It's not happening to just 1 or 2 people, it's EVERYONE!!
