Can't talk to anyone and they don't return calls. Took double payment out this month. UNPROFESSIONAL!
I echo all the WORST reviews. They are predatory, threatening, harassing, beyond questionable. If lawyers are supposed to follow a moral code of ethics, I'm not sure how this firm is still licensed to practice law. MINUS STARS is not allowed but they are HORRIBLE.
The wait time is unreasonable, and trying to reach the correct department has been extremely difficult. There does not appear to be a user-friendly system in place for consumers who are actively trying to resolve their accounts. If someone is attempting to pay off a debt or set up a payment plan, the process should not involve excessive hold times, unanswered calls, or difficulty reaching a representative. I was to have a zoom meeting. Didnt work. I called them phone kept hanging up. Called different ext. Got a girl Inez that was the rudest most unprofessional human being
