Rude and unprofessional.
Those company is one of the most foul property management companies I have seen. Rented for 2 years with them and constantly had issues with fixtures. Landlords were hardly responsive and yelled and blamed many problems on us when it is clearly not the case. Leaving the property they took almost all of our security deposit. Clearly based on past reviews I am not the only one. Now I have seen they are doing work on the apartment building so clearly they are using the money for that. Never rent with this horrible company.
