I’ve never been to a place to get a pedicure and be out in 20 mins. The place was completely empty, it was just a lady and a man. I told the lady to check for ingrown nails and she literally went into my skin with the nail scraper cutting my nail and skin off. Other places cut a small piece of your nail only. My toe hurts so bad when walking. She only applied 1 coat of nail polish. The chairs don’t have the massager. I paid her $35 and gave her a tip but I will never be coming back.

I came for the positive ratings, but was highly disappointed. The towel they used to put my nails on had dried nail polished and looked dirty. I saw she was using a nail filer that has other nail scratches and colors on it. I asked if that was a clean nail filer and all she said was it was better. I asked again if it was clean and she pulls out a new one. In addition, the nail cuticle cutter did not appear clean, and she wiped it on the towel making me feel like it was probably being reused without cleaned. I ended up leavin... read more

I am not sure how this place has 4.9 stars. My manicure and pedicure were done very sloppy and unprofessional. I left hating my nails. Thick, chunky nails with uneven French tip a gel polish all over my cuticles. I was shocked when he said it was done without even cleaning the edges. For the money I spent, and ratings I saw, I expected a much MUCH better result. Not going there again.
