I came here because of the 5-star reviews, so I had high expectations. At first glance, everything seemed fine, but my experience quickly changed. The nail technician who worked on my nails was grumpy, rude, and unprofessional. He handled my hands very aggressively, constantly yanking and tossing them while working. The way he filed my nails was extremely rough and painful. One of my nails chipped almost immediately, and when I pointed it out, he responded with a rude attitude instead of addressing the issue professionally. ... read more
It got good reviews,but I walked in and decided to leave pretty quickly. There were only two people working. And it was very dirty looking
Do not expect a fancy or tidy facility. Honestly the place could use a really good cleaning! But the service and quality are good. I left my former nail spa because the quality really went down. So I came here and I got fast service and quality work. I got and full set and pedicure.
