So I came in about 1week or 2 weeks ago and I scheduled for a dip tip, and I already had dip on and the guy put acrylic on top of the dip nails. He didn’t take off my old dip at all! 2 days later my nail broke which I was mad about! When I went to take off my nails, in total it took me 5 hours to get everything off and now my nails are very very damaged. Over all the people was nice and very welcoming.
