I checked my daughters in and they were next on the list.. 45 minutes later and several other clients later my daughters were still sitting there waiting. They allowed other walk ins to get ahead of my daughters. And they could have cared less they let it happen. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone

Ive been trying to like this place for a while now but my last experience was horrible. I made an appointment with Trina and when I got there I wasn’t seen for 45 min after. The whole time she was on her phone with her husband doing some shopping for house repairs and wasn’t paying attention to the service she was giving me. She even forgot to do some steps. She left my nails super thick and clumpy and also left them as if I had gotten them done a week ago..... which is a strategy to get me to come in earlier than 3 weeks.. ... read more

Rude scheduler. She was loudly condescending to us and the employees - “You’re going to have to spit that gum out, it’s annoying!” We left after 5 minutes.
