Thank you for literally the best pedi I’ve ever had! The place was clean, friendly, and for the first time ever my toes don’t hurt from being overly trimmed. Plus they look great! I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I made an appointment for myself, bridal party, moms and sisters to get our nails and toes done before my wedding day at the Chisholm Creek location. There was an ice storm that hit the day before, so they called to make sure we were still coming. There were about 10 of us that made it. Polished went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! We had our own section of the salon, they had champagne, cupcakes, strawberries and chocolates for us! All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating!! I would recommend them over and over again! �
I’ve come to Polished 4+ times now. After every appointment, about a week later, a nail breaks. It’s a different nail each time but I’ve never had any of my nails break and it’s only happened after having them done here. Every time I’ve had a broken nail, I have to pay the fee of getting it fixed and when they do fix it, it’s never reshaped to the style of my other nails. It gets left square and unfiled. You put the acrylic or dip on too thick. Some of the girls were also rude. When I get my nails done, I expect an experience. I expect complete customer service and I got the opposite. Sadly, I will never return.
I love being pampered here! I have searched around town for the most relaxing and clean facility. I have been stopped in my tracks. Love the pedis in a box!
