Hate is a strong word, but I'm very displeased. So...my friend and I made appointments over the phone for 9 and 9:30 this morning. Imagine how perturbed we are to find a closed business when we arrive. The door doesn't say what time it opens, but the Facebook page says 11 am. If you don't open until 11, why would you make our appointments before opening time?

It was cool and nice just seem like an appointment base operation. I was a walk in and has to wait until ppl showed up. But I would definitely go back just make an appointment .
I love the atmosphere of this spa. I say spa because it offers so much. Everyone is professional and they make sure their clients are completely comfortable. So glad they are literally around the corner from me.
