The nail technician, Amanda, was delightful and super sweet; however, I get home and my heel is cracked and peeling....I just spent 55 on a pedicure to remedy that problem....I WILL NOT be going back!
This was my first visit and I was very happy with my manicure. The polish was applied perfectly. The best manicure I've ever gotten! I will be back.
I got a gel mani and pedi on Saturday. My nail tech acted like he didn't want to be there--he literally said that he didn't want to be, made a few racist jokes, was on his phone on and off, and even forgot that I was getting a manicure after my pedicure. Another nail tech had to go remind him that I wasn't done. It has been two days since my service and my manicure is already chipped. Very unimpressed, especially considering how much it was. I will not be back again.

Tony is the bomb. Staff is super friendly. This has been my go to place!
I had a wonderful experience here last week. I did been once before and wasn't in love with it but this time changed my mind. This is my go-to nail salon from now on. The nail tech listen to me and asked questions the whole time about if I like the the nails the way he was doing them or if there was anything that I wanted differently so that he could fix it the way I wanted. It was such a wonderful experience. I only wish that I had gotten his name so that I could book appointment specifically with him from now on
First, my nail tech, Andrew, was 20 minutes late. Once he got there, he didn't even apologize. Others were taken care of right away by other techs and they didn't have an appointment, yet I did. Once he finally got started, I noticed two of my nails were crooked and he did not seem happy filing them down for me. It just seemed like he was rushing me out. One of my nails that has nail art is gorgeous while the other looks rushed. I will not be coming back. Very unprofessional. Haven Nail Salon is my go to place now.
This place is my go to now for all things mani-pedi. The prices are on par with most everyone else but the service is what sets them apart. I also love the design of the space. It's so welcoming and soothing which is exactly what I want when trying to relax. My girl is Suzanna and I've been with her since her former location and I'd follow her anywhere but I'm so glad she's at Polish. I loooooove it.
