RecommendedIf you ask for Terri....you will be happy! She was kind, attentive and did a great job. She was positive and kind to my 6yr old and soooooo patient! They other tech seemed annoyed he had to help my daughter and basically pawned her off on Terri. That didn't rub me the right way but Terri redeemed our experience for sure!
