Horrible!!! My daughters went to get a soak off and while my older daughter's was done right, a tech cut across my younger's thumb, blamed her and charged for the service which she didn't provide. When I picked them up and was told what happened I went in to ask and the tech continued to blame my daughter as if she bears no responsibility, is she not supposed to look at what she is cutting???? How could 2 people go in for the same service and one comes out injured bc its done differently??? She should not be licensed!!!
Quality was not great for gel mani & pedi.
worst $42 i ever spent on a gel manicure! this is literally on day 2. the nail polish application was very bumpy and there is no clean up!! it was all over my cuticles which were trimmed horribly so i’m in pain. do NOT go here.
DON'T GO HERE!!! I today had the WORST pedicure experience! I have been going here for last 7 years, as I reside in Newport area. But never had a bad experience. Today, I went for the first time this summer, as I was busy with 5 month old baby. This is also my first time after they changed salon name (I think, they changed nail technicians too, all were new faces). I went for waxing (Ashmita did a good job) and regular pedicure.
