Staff should do a customer service course
Please be aware I had two technicians during my visit—one for each hand. My right hand is perfectly fine, but the left hand (done by Kayci) was over-filed, including under the nail and too close to the skin. It was painful during the appointment and for weeks after. Since then, I’ve developed discoloration under those nails consistent with a bacterial infection, and the nails on that hand have become weak, bending and breaking easily. I randomly walked into this salon by happenstance and it was such a great experience. From the second I walked in I was greeted with such kindness. My nailtech, Mark was so patient and caring. You could tell he genuinely wanted to do a great job for me. The receptionist was also soooo sweet. 10/10 mani, pedi, and overall experience. def recommend!!!
Mark is fantastic !! I came in today at the end of the day for a last minute gel manicure. I go to the Polish location in Manhattan beach normally but this one was close by ! It was not as busy as the mb location so I booked just a couple minutes prior to my service. Mark was excellent !!
