Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this very unprofessional company. It delivers a very lousy job and even worse customer service when there is an issue and trust me THERE WILL BE ISSUES. First of all, the job quality is very very bad, floor gets scratched easily & instantly and it shouldn’t be like that. Policrete flooring and walls were installed at our home. This product is resistant to the high traffic of our vacation rental home. Installers were very professional and delivered on time. I recommend this product and company.
Hired an installer near me using this product and am very happy with the end result! I had broken tile in the bed rooms and living space. The installer efficiently worked with his team to prep the space and work within the timeline he proposed. Already recommended him to a few of my friends!
I hired Policrete to do my 3000 square foot condo. They sub contracted the job out to J & V Epoxy coating. I thought they were the same company. I left my condo for 26 days to try and have them do the job quicker. I returned and there is damage in every room. Vitor or Victor ( not sure which one is right) is the person from J & V that supposedly is doing my work. He was supposed to come this morning to go over the details of all of the issues.
