John was super helpful! I called him as a complete stranger needing help with a house and he was on top of it. Went by within an hour of our first conversation
Shady business. Told us a rental space going to be 100% by the books completely legit(for a cannabis space). After we signed the contract we find out the tenant in the back has an illegal grow that is using all the power the building has.
Awesome people, I was looking to lease a property the people where friendly helpful I would definitely recommend them to people I know
So far. ..... Called these guys twice during business hours. First straight to VM. Second time I spoke with an admin and left a message. Been three weeks. I don't think it's a priority. but you drive around south city and San Bruno..... they're plenty of their signs posted on empty commercial properties. I'm starting to see why. If you don't return potential clients back, you're not going to rent/ Sell anything. Since I plan to move my office to the peninsula. I'm probably going to have to deal with these people.
