They keep deferring my work order for HV battery SOH. It’s always blamed on the laptop software
I had the worst service experience I have ever had in my entire life today at polestar of Bellevue Service Center. I had a planned service appointment with a loaner car and the people at the service center were so extremely unprofessional, did not explain what they were doing and could not figure out their system in order to process my credit card card to put a deposit down on the loaner car, which no one informed me of ahead of the time by the way.
