Awesome instructors! I love coming to classes here. Tried it out and fell in love. Now I'm doing two classes a week and count down the days in between. If you want a fun, challenging workout, check them out.

Just took my first class absolutely loved it! Stacy took her time making sure we got the moves down and was very encouraging and patient. Will definitely be going back!
