I’ve had two back surgeries done by Dr. Tamaras. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome the pain relief is almost instant. Only regret is not getting my surgery done sooner. Very thankful for all the staff who took such good care of me.
Loved loved loved Dr. Steuer!!!!!!!he was so good explaining to me my steps to proceed with on my Acoustical Neuroma tumor . I also have DDD and lumbar back issues. His explanations and future care plan was easy to follow and made me feel so much better about it! The entire staff I got to see and meet was excellent! I will always continue my care with Polaris, no one else.

Stem cell surgery on my knee. They was extremely nice and watched out for me and my wife while she waited. They explained everything completely.
Everyone here is always so nice and helpful! I seen Dr.Mangrum for an injection in my neck and he was great, he explained everything to me from the beginning to the end!
