My experience with Polaris Spine and Neurosurgeons was extraordinary! From the first phone call, to having my spinal surgery. Dr. Steuer and his staff has been so warm-hearted and professional. The staff(nurses and the anesthesiologist) at the surgery suite were awesome! They went above and beyond, and believe me, my expectations are very high. Thanks to all of you! And I am sure I will be seeing you again. I highly recommend this practice to anyone with back pain or in need of spinal surgery.
Dr. Steuer was very kind and knowledgeable. I was in terrible pain when I saw him and he worked me into his schedule right away for a microdiscetomy. He was very honest about what to expect after surgery and for me to have realistic expectations. I just had the surgery today so I do not know how effective it was but I do know that I have 100% confidence in Dr. Steuer. Business response:
Mr. Kirkley, thank you so much for your kind words and appreciate the chance to be a part of your care!
As a Chiropractor, I refer patients to Polaris on a regular basis.
Dr Walkup did my neck surgery. He is A great surgeon. I was worried because I was in my mid 60s . Everything went great. Short recovery time and I am fine. Thank you Dr Walkup. I recommend him.
Dr Morrison put my brain shunt in May 18, 2012. I went on Medicare 3-1-2012. I was disabled in 2009 from rectal cancer. I was on Medicare when the shunt was installed. I saw Dr Gower several times before he moved out of Atlanta. After Dr Gower moved, NO ONE at Polaris would see me. Usually, the neurosurgeon who puts a brain shunt in will continue to follow the patient. The brain shunt from 2012 failed about 3 weeks ago. I had it replaced Aug 14 because my oncologist referred me to another neurosurgeon. I find it frightening ... read more
Polaris has the greatest group of Dr.s and staff. After almost 11 months of excrutiating pain and numerous opinions, I found Dr. Morrison. He truly listened to what I had to say and understood my pain. After surgery, I have been given the best care anyone could hope for. Thank you for your compassion and for truly caring about my well being.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr Steuer, Carter and Melanie are in helping me to deal with my many spine issues. Unfortunately, I am repeat customer. They are not only professional but very caring and responsive to my needs. I called this morning and was able to get an appointment the same day. Awesome! I have recommended them to many of my family and friends.
Great staff and great services
