This rating is for the $15.95 prime rib dinner only. The meat was not very tender which was odd. I thought all prime rib would be similar tenderness, but obviously this was a lower grade of meat than some. The potatoes were "smashed", seemed to have been pre-made in a batch and served barely warmed. The roasted carrots were not peeled so a little bitter and also served room temperature. Clam linguine was terrible, no seasoning. Sea scallops were ok, but not good. Though we were 1 of only 3 tables occupied it took too long to get our food. Waiter was defensive. Atmosphere was nice, but everything else at the restaurant was disappointing.
Polaris at Bellevue Club surpassed all expectations, creating an extraordinary dining experience. Carlo, the manager, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, ensuring every detail was perfect.
