I would recommend Christian Huyge without reservation when working on any real estate deal. Christian helped us sell some inherited property that was out-of-town, and made it a seamless experience. He also helped our son buy a home from family friends that had some challenges on both sides and looked out for everyone involved. We have since given him several referrals and our friends have also been pleased with his work. He has both the knowledge and the heart for this type of work, which is unusual. Five stars!

With Christian’s expertise and speed we were able to sell both our homes very fast as well as purchase our first home together all in under 3 months and on top of it durning COVID closures of open houses and showings etc.! Christian and the crew at Polaris were a great help start to finish. About one week after my offer had been accepted a global pandemic broke out which changed how everything normally goes. Christian made sure he was available for any question or concerns even if he couldn't physically be present. Would highly recommend Polaris for anyone in the market!
