They set me up to view a property; this process has at least three checkpoints to do so. I drove an hour to see it. My daughter and I loved it and I immediately gave my intent to rent. I sent my application in ($100, took an HOUR) and I was sent an email in the morning on a weekend day that the property was rented already.
