Beautiful property, beautiful apartments, and the entire staff has been a delight to work with. Helen was friendly and helpful even when I asked for help with my previous residence. Candy is knowledgeable and responsive. And Tom stopped by my apartment a few days after I moved in and fixed all the the tiny things I marked down on my move-in forms. I'm very happy here.
A huge thank you to the amazing staff at Polaris Place Apartments! We are a small family business (UpCart) and they were able to let us have time to do a photo shoot on their property. Not to mention, the apartments are AMAZING! I can't tell you enough how welcoming and nice this place and people are!
I love my apartment. Never have I moved into an apartment from day one so clean. Everyone is so kind so helpful. They truly make you feel like family. Love this complex
Manager has no class, once application fee was paid and extra 100 dollar fee. She became quick and rude. No call back and did not work with her co-workers well. If you apply here to make your experience better, don’t see the manager. I went with my family member while he applied. She ruined the experience. I hope this helps.
I love Candi and Stephanie. They are so personable. They care about their clients. This place is very nice, very quiet. Great place for a family.
A wonderful place to live, beautiful grounds that are well maintained, good quality apartments with quickly responding maintenance staff, and friendly office staff members that are very helpful. Felt very safe on the grounds as well, overall positive experience!
I cannot thank Candy Pritchard enough for her hospitality to the new neighborhood. I am the Executive Director for Polaris Retirement Community that is currently under construction across the street from Polaris Place. Candy has been such a great resource to the Polaris community. Currently our project manager and his wife have been living at Polaris Place and speak highly of the community and Candy! Thank you Candy for your hospitality!!
