RecommendedFriendly staff always quick and prompt on replying back and helping out. Clean, well managed community with amazing amenities.
The apartment complex is situated between almost every major making it very accessible. It had new carpeting and paint when I moved in and provided ample space to fit virtually I brought. The staff here is also very friendly with prompt responses to concerns and inquires.

We love living here, along with the lovely home design and amenities like pool, fitness room, billiards, and laundry room, there are other things not mentioned nearly enough. Things like easily accessible & fast communication to staff through email, free use of printer/scanner machine, commuinity giveaways, easy online pay for rent & bills, easy repairs requests & fast repairs, a gorgeous short nature trail that feels exactly like the trails found at Sharon woods or Highbanks, the ability to rent out the clubhouse for a few ... read more

Excellent staff and always responds in a timely manner, super clean property/lobby. The pool, gym and dog park are a plus! I love the location as well. Definitely would recommend friends/family! I have yet to have any issues and will continue to rent from Polaris place apartments!

Great community, friendly neighbors, management is right on top of things. Grounds are well kept and pets are welcome. Great dog park area and people clean up after their pets. Lots of kids who are respectful and well behaved. School bus stop at front gate. Convenient to shopping but quiet community.

Nice apartment, love the side walks for walking inside the community.. walkable distance to Polaris Mall, Walgreens and a lot more!
Polaris place staff has been absolutely amazing ensuring we are comfortable and happy! My townhome next to the dog park is the best thing about living here! My family and pup are so happy we made the decision to move here ❤️
It’s really nice and clean area with friendly staff! Location is great next to polaris mall and Kroger.
