These guys are the biggest crooks I've met in the software consulting business. They present themselves as strong successful Oracle ERP players... The real deal is that they are a very small player with little to no funds. They are looking to form relationships with people who have client relationships... then go back-door on your relationships. Do not speak with Rupesh Sharma (CEO) nor his team without a strong no-disclosure/ non-compete clause. I am in the process of suing Polaris for failure to pay. Buyer beware!!!!!
